Through a wide variety of of membership and a la carte options, we offer group fitness programming, physical therapy services, nutrition consultation and counseling, sport specific injury prevention and performance programming, coaching services, personal training, and recovery tools. 

 

Fitness and Wellness Programs

Our fitness and wellness services are designed to help clients build, support, and maintain their bodies as a part of an active, thriving lifestyle. We offer group fitness classes, personal training, nutrition consultation, and movement and injury consultation. 

 

Nutrition Counseling

We provide professional direction on nutrition for wellness and athletic performance. Our registered dietician performs a nutrition evaluation and provides direction to help clients meet nutritional needs and achieve their goals. With a background in sports nutrition, our dietician will help athletes maximize their potential through getting the body the fuel it needs.

Physical Therapy

Whether working toward injury prevention, resolving pain, or taking performance to the next level, our physical therapist is our resident problem solver. A whole body approach is emphasized. Services encompass preventative, rehabilitative, and wellness directed activities and are highly personalize. Our physical therapist is an orthopedic certified specialist with advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling and treatment of runners. 

 

Run Coaching

We offer coaching services at levels from the recreational runner to the elite competitor. Our team provides training programs for adult and youth athletes, to help lower risk of injury and meet running goals. We develop individual training plans based on the client's goals, while helping to identify the path to reaching full potential. We also provide mental coaching services to help you get that additional edge in training and racing. Our programming is more than just another "12-week plan" to get to your next race. We address important variables such a mental toughness and racing strategy to compelement our wholistic approach to the runner.  

Athletic Performance Training

Our comprehensive training programs are designed to improve performance and prevent injury. We offer sport specific programming through individual  training and group sessions. We provide and athlete assessment and design an individual program for each athlete, focusing on your needs and goals. Our team is committed to creating a path to help you reach your athletic potential. 

 

Recovery

Our facility includes a recovery room with state of the art recovery equipment. Our space includes access to cold baths, compression boots, and massage tools. In this space, the staff is available to help your body recover with massage and stretching. We believe that the active recovery strategies we provide can help the client continue on the path to success. Our location on the perimeter near the Chattahoochee River is conveniently situated near prime training ground for ATL endurance athletes.
